The Vivetique EZ Ship Mattress is a made with 100% Natural Latex, 100% Organic Cotton and Pure Grow Wool. The mattress is unique in that you can change the firmness yourself. The mattress has three layers of latex, medium 25 ILD, firm 31 ILD and extra firm 35 ILD. You can decide which firmness is most comfortable and simply unzip the cover and switch the layers around. As the name denotes it is also easy to ship and move around. This mattress and foundation is shipped via UPS saving time and money on transportation. The wool in this product is naturally flame resistant. The mattress meets California state and federal fire codes, but has not been treated with chemical fire retardants.
There is a 10 year warranty and a 30 day comfort exchange policy for this product. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only; allergies are not covered. Please note that mattresses are handmade and can vary up to 1" in size.
Mattresses are made to order, and take approximately 3-6 weeks for delivery. They are shipped via common carrier, except when sent to certain locations in California as noted below. Please note that with common carrier, the delivery people generally do not bring items inside your home, and they do not take packaging away. These services, however, may be available for an additional fee.
Mattresses shipped to certain locations within Northern and Southern California will be delivered by the Vivetique delivery team, who will set up the mattress in your home at no extra cost.
Shipping costs for mattresses are estimated during the checkout process. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with the final shipping rate. We will not process your order until we receive your approval of the final quote.
We recommend the adjustable slat frame for this mattress. For additional firmness, the wood foundation is also available.
